Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of my items and that I hand select and inspect each, prior to packaging and shipping, I do not offer refunds. However, I am a small home-based business and want to hear from my customers, for any reason. 

Exception to the above refund policy is as follows: You place an order for an item from our site and we happen to be out of stock of the item ordered.


Each handmade item is marked with an approximate weight. Weight, size and appearance of each handmade item can and will vary. You should typically expect to get more than the approximate weight, however.

As a customer, always be aware of your own allergies. You are the only one responsible for understanding each products description and ingredients list, for your own safety, prior to purchase and use. 

We package our products for shipment with the upmost care. However, we cannot guarantee your package will not experience damage during shipment. Since this is out of our control, we cannot offer refunds based on damage during shipment.

Note: We only sell and ship within the Continental U.S. at this time. If you are outside of the Continental U.S. and place an order, it is at your own risk. We will not be able to ship and a refund may not be processed.


Payment: 

* Payment by Personal Check may be accepted on a case by case basis, only. Nature Coast Soaps (NCS) may refuse check payment orders. Orders ship after payment is received and cleared through the bank. Direct contact with NCS will be required to complete checkout process when paying by Personal Check. 

* NCS does not have access to nor store customer credit card numbers.
